We were so impressed by the absolute maturity of this young girl! Check out this video of Severn Cullis-Suzuki at age 12. After starting ECO (the Environmental Children's Organization) at age 9 with a group of her friends, they traveled to 1992's Rio Earth Summit, where she gave this powerful speech that struck deeply the leaders who heard it. Her passion and intelligence at such a young age are positively mind blowing.


At 23 years old, Severn remains one of the world's most influential youth activists in our time.
