Have you ever met a person who didn't love french fries? Neither have we! They are an undisputed favorite but once you've devoured about 20 of them the guilt begins to set in... Although they are never lacking in tastiness, they are lacking in nutritional value. Sweet potato fries are the solution! They have become increasingly popular in recent years and seem to be popping on restaurant menus everywhere! Which makes sense because they are healthy and delicious!

Here's what you will need...

3 large sweet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp salt

1-2 Tbsp of your favorite spices!

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel potato and cut the ends off. Cut potato into wedges, rounds, or the classic french fry shape. Throw the cut sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl, add oil and all other ingredients, and toss..making sure all the fries are coated with oil and spices. Bake for 15 minutes and turn over all the potato pieces. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until browned. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
