Why have mashed potatoes when you can have smashed potatoes? Take this new twist on potatoes straight to dinner table, the kids will love them! They are delicious, simple and extremely easy to make. So grab your apron and let's get started....
Here's what you'll need...
Small potatoes
Olive oil
Rosemary
Salt and Perpper
preheated oven to 400 degrees
First boil your potatoes for 10-15 minutes, until tender. Spray your baking sheet with olive oil. Place potatoes on the baking sheet, take a potato smasher and smash each potato. Drizzle olive oil on each potato. Put a dash of fresh chopped rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
