Everything is better homemade...and granola is no exception! Packaged granola can be full of sugar and artificial ingredients, so here's a fantastic customizable recipe for Homemade Granola! It's fun to eat and fun to make!

Here's what you will need...

2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

about 3 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/3 cup almonds/walnuts/dried fruit (your choice!)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix together oil, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour over mixture of oats, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together! Pour mixture onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and add almonds. Bake 5 minutes, flip, and any other nuts you chose! Bake another 10 minutes! Remove from oven to cool and add dried fruits! That's it!

Add your homemade granola to cereal, yogurt, and ice cream for a healthy crunch!

Enjoy!
