Kale is a very versatile and nutritious green leafy vegetable with incredible nutritious benefits including low fat, no cholesterol and health benefiting anti-oxidant properties. For all these reasons and more, we have featured a fabulous Baked Kale Chips recipe for you this Tuesday.  Just as good as potato chips, except with a feel good after taste. So grab your kale, apron and let's get started.....

Here's what you'll need....

1 bunch kale

2 tablespoons olive oil

1.4 teaspoon granulated garlic

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Sea salt

Preheated oven to 275 degrees

Remove the stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite size pieces. Be sure to rinse and dry the leaves. Toss with olive oil and salt and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for roughly 20-30 minutes and turn half way through. Make sure the leaves are crisp, but still dark green.... if they turn brown they will become bitter.  Sprinkle with garlic and cheese. That's all there is to it!
