tree hugging with style

As population grows and cities become larger, untouched wilderness and habitats become smaller and smaller....Housing development and city expansion creates habitat fragmentation, decrease in groundwater replenishment, and increases sunlight absorbency!

Is there a way for our cities to continue grow and while sustaining the necessary functions of nature? The answer is yes and the solution is "living" or "green" roofs! They are the roof of the future! Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, they have both environmental and economic benefits, such as reduced energy usage and increased property value!

Most importantly Living Roofs can reduce a cities average temperature in the brutal summer months, absorb CO2 from the atmosphere, filter rainwater, and create a habitat equal to the amount displaced by the footprint of the building!

Convinced? We sure are!
