Week two of the CleanWell Earth Day Challenge and we couldn't be happier with both the products and the eco-friendly message. As you may know, every Sunday here in Larchmont we have a fabulous Farmer's Market that happens to be right next store to The Little Seed! This means a prime time for our play area as a stop before home. So this Sunday we were able to test out the fabulous disinfectant spray by CleanWell. It was the perfect spray for cleaning the toys and surfaces of our playroom - even the play sinks and work benches. The lemon citrus scent not only smelled great, but also eliminated odors that were lingering. The best part about it …. no rinsing or wiping was required! How much more eco-friendly can you get? I must stay that this product will be a staple cleaning spray at The Little Seed - and definitely 'a better way to clean'!
This no wipe method of cleaning got us thinking about something, so we researched away. Did you know 90% of American households use paper towels for cleaning every day? According to tlc.com, 3,000 tons of this waste gets thrown in the landfill every day. This is a striking figure and thanks to companies like CleanWell, we can feel good about cleaning and reduce that number. Visit cleanwell.com and enter the discount code for 20% off!

Comment by Kim Propp Belcheff on April 16, 2012 at 1:19pm I started using Melaleuca products because they are green friendly and I am impressed with them.
Comment by Trisha Blair on April 16, 2012 at 8:13am I have been using a lot of eco friendly products lately and I really think they work just as good,if not better than other non eco friendly products.
Comment by Lynnette Watkins on April 16, 2012 at 8:05am I grow a variety of greens ( Kale and Mustard). They seem to grow very well and the animals do not bother them to much. Tomatoes are a treat for the raccoon and opossum. I would find them all over the yard half eaten.
