Helping to save the Elephants

Whenever we see articles about the endangerment of animals, it tugs our heart strings a little extra. Being so involved in eco-friendly subject matter, it's tough to pick what to tackle first, we just want to save the whole world! A recent post by a friend of the store's, Ashton Kutcher, brought an important issue to our attention. There is currently a worldwide ban on the trading of ivory usually enforced by the UN. The problem is, Tanzania and Zambia have been lobbying the UN for special exemptions from the ban. In a few days the ban could be lifted altogether; a decision that could cause these great animals to go extinct. How can we help? By signing the petition, and sharing it so that we can get as many people as possible to sign it as well!
