It's that time of the year... hot chocolate, cozy fires and gingerbread houses! Keeping in the green spirit we created this gingerbread house out of a reused box. This is a great project to do with the kids and keep as a constant reminder of fun times. So find a used box, get creative and let's get started!
Here's what you'll need...
old box
tape
graham crackers
assorted candy
Take an old square box, cut the side flaps to make a point, and tape together. Take the other two flaps and cut into triangles and tape. Cut windows and a door. Use a hot glue gun to attach the graham crackers to your house. Take assorted candy types (we used sour straws and gum drops) to decorate around the windows, doors, and house. Always feel welcome to be as creative as you like! And don't forget to send us photos :)
