We are thrilled to share our excitement about our partnership with Target! It's been an incredible experience working with everyone from their team who are equally passionate about this venture. The simple fact that families across the nation will get the opportunity to have a little piece of eco-living for their babies is a dream come true for us.

A quick introduction for this week's Feature Friday Member. Shena is not only a member of our community, but has been a colleague of ours here at The Little Seed since our opening in October of 2007. She quickly became one of our favorite people to work with, and not simply because she reps the adorable Dwell Studio account. Please leave a comment for Shena here with your favorite Summer reads and ask for her friendship by… Continue
Thanks to our member Michele Blue for giving us so much to think about this past April with her submissions for Earth Day. We have posted several already and love the way she thinks!

While we always try to buy completely all-natural products, there are a few items that slip through the cracks. We read the ingredients in our foods, making sure they are made from organic ingredients, and that nothing synthetic or fake is going into our bodies. What about what is going ONTO our bodies? Many large skin and haircare manufacturers will put toxic chemicals in their products, completely disregarding the toxic effects they have on your… Continue

I was so greatly impressed with not only the beauty and variety of sealife there, but the way they run the facility, and the contriubtions they make to both the community of Vancouver, and around the world.… Continue

Hello! My name is Heather, although most know me as Chick76 or Chickadeeprints due to my online presence! My screen names and emails online have been one or another since I had my first email account. Many of my close friends just call me Chick. It all started from a nickname my dad gave me when I was an itty bitty, and it has stuck ever since…Chick-a-dee.

We are revisiting some of the beautiful images submitted during our Earth Day photo contest, as promised. Look at this one submitted by Debra McCarthy of her daughter allowing the wind catch her arms and hair on Pismo Beach. This photograph evokes wonderful memories of being a kid, when the wind was something we played with and the ocean seemed limitless and full of life. Lets protect… Continue

One of the reasons we started a social community on our Little Seed website is because we believe in strength in numbers. We believe that together we can make a difference for our children and our planet by striving 'together' to make the small changes in our own lives that will create BIG changes for the future of our environment. Each one of you help to make that happen. We are so proud of what we are doing with ThinkBaby right now on our home page,… Continue
