i am not a master canner, but my mom does a LOT of canning every year! i am hoping she will teach me more when we visit her this summer.
Canning your own garden vegetables in reusable canning jars each year cuts down on waste and it is a way to preserve all of the vegetables you spent all summer growing! If you become as good as my mom, you can can just about anything.
i admit, i only know how to can salsa! but it is my goal this summer to learn how to do more! :o)
